Inverness city centre to get a face-lift

Inverness is all set to get a revamp with artists exhibiting their talents to transform the highly visible building in the city centre. About 70 applications have been received from across the world by talented artists, who are ready to showcase their work to add more spark to the city centre.
It was said that the proposal for this revamp project is to transform the frontage of the Ramada Hotel on the Church Street by a team of artists including sculptor from Glasgow Alex Frost and London based Hsiao-Chi Si, Kimiya Yoshikawa and Usman Haque.
This creative project which will give the city centre a new charm is proposed to be completed by autumn. Many applications have been received from different parts of the world for makeover of the busy city centre. It is expected that the transformation will add another chapter in the glory of this buzzing Inverness city.
